I purchased my Dyson Airwrap on January 20, 2025, and I'm extremely frustrated because the box didn't include the filter cleaning brush—the small ring-shaped brush that's essential for proper maintenance. I've just realized this critical part was missing, making it impossible to clean the device's filter as instructed. Given Dyson’s reputation and the premium price I paid, I never expected such a careless oversight. It's unacceptable that I have to deal with missing accessories after spending this much money.
