I received my Dyson Airwrap order today, March 15, but upon opening the box, I discovered that the cleaning tool was missing. This is extremely disappointing, considering how expensive this product is.
I immediately tried contacting customer service, but I couldn’t get through. I expect Dyson to send me the missing part as soon as possible since it was supposed to be included in the package.
This is a clear case of missing accessories, and I need a prompt resolution. Please arrange for the delivery of the missing cleaning tool immediately. I look forward to a response from Dyson regarding this issue.
