Dyson Airwrap Lacks a Carrying Case—Unexpected Packaging Disappointment
My wife really liked the Dyson Airwrap after seeing it at a friend’s house, so I decided to surprise her with one. After researching, I found it on Hepsiburada and ordered it directly from Dyson TR, confident in its quality and reputation.
However, when the product arrived, I immediately noticed something missing—the carrying case that was included with my wife’s friend’s version was not in our package. While I have no issue with the price, I am shocked that such a premium product does not come with a proper storage case. I have since learned that some versions do include a case, making this even more frustrating.
If this were my personal device, I would never carry it without protection, as it could easily get scratched or damaged. My wife was also disappointed, and I completely understand her frustration. Why should customers have to buy an additional case for a product that is marketed as luxurious and high-end?
If Dyson truly believes in the value and quality of its products, it should ensure that customers feel that value. A protective case should be a standard inclusion, not an optional extra. I want Dyson to address this issue, as it affects customer satisfaction and product durability.
