I recently purchased a Dyson Airstrait from Dyson.com (Order No: 910901368368) last week, but the storage case was missing from the package 🥺. When I previously bought the Dyson Airwrap, it was delivered with a storage case, so I assumed this would be the same.
I have seen multiple social media posts showing that other customers received their Airstrait with a case, and I even found similar complaints where Dyson resolved the issue by sending the missing storage case.
I do not want to be left without a proper storage solution for my ₺20,000 purchase. This product should not be missing accessories, and I do not want to store it unprotected. Dyson, please send me the storage case like you did for others—I expect my issue to be resolved fairly!
