Hello, I purchased the Dyson Airstrait Hair Straightener in Glossy Nickel from Media Markt a week ago. When I opened the box, I noticed there was no protective case included, which immediately made me suspect the product might be fake. However, after checking online reviews, I found out that this specific color does not come with a case, unlike other color options.
I find it unacceptable that Dyson charges the same price for all colors but excludes the protective case for certain ones. Why does the color of the product determine whether I receive a case or not? As a premium brand, Dyson should maintain consistency in packaging and accessories across all color variations.
I expect Dyson to address this issue and either provide the missing protective case or explain why customers who choose this color are treated differently. This lack of transparency and fairness is disappointing, and I hope Dyson will take customer concerns seriously.
