BDG Game Fails to Credit $120 Bank of Baroda Deposit
I am writing to report a problem with BDG Game regarding a deposit that has not been credited to my account. On February 9, 2026, I made a bank transfer of $120 to BDG Game through Bank of Baroda, but this amount has still not appeared in my game balance. Although the payment was successfully debited from my bank account, my BDG Game account has not been updated. I contacted BDG Game customer support about this missing deposit, but the issue has not yet been resolved. I request that the $120 I transferred on February 9, 2026, via Bank of Baroda be immediately credited to my game account, and that I be informed in writing once this has been completed.
