Dyson Took Back My Defective Jasper Plum Airwrap - Gave Me No Replacement

On March 28, 2025, I purchased Dyson Airwrap in the Jasper Plum color from Izmir Hilltown Mall, but unfortunately, the product turned out to be defective. Since it had been less than 14 days, I returned it to the store and they issued a refund immediately. However, I had been waiting for this product for months, and I was lucky to even find it there, as it had never been listed on Dyson’s website. The store employee, Ms. M****, was kind enough to say they would notify me if it came back in stock, though she mentioned the same color might not be available. I don’t understand how a product that just arrived in Turkey is already out of stock again. I didn’t want a refund—this was not a solution for me. I still don’t understand why a product I had just bought was taken away from me. I wish Dyson had sent me a replacement instead. I’m now wondering if the store misled me into returning it too quickly. I’m kindly asking for a real solution.
