Dyson Airwrap Multi-styler Complete Long Exchange Is Yet to Come

I purchased my Dyson Airwrap Multi-styler Complete Long (Prussian blue and shiny copper) device on April 12, 2023, from the Dyson online site. However, the device gave a red flashing light warning in its 7th month. After careful inspection, I sent the product, which I had purchased at a considerable cost, from Gaziantep to Istanbul's authorized service on November 17, 2023. After 13 days, despite my preference for the same color, the service decided to exchange it for the blue blush color due to the unavailability of the preferred color in their stock. The product in my possession was then retrieved by the company and transferred to Istanbul, a process that took almost 15 days. Today is December 12, 2023, and the device has not been sent back to me yet. Despite creating multiple complaint records, the procedure's stipulated 20-day duration has been exceeded, reaching almost 29 days today. I have been left without the product, feeling greatly distressed. I want to communicate to everyone that I question the prestige of this company in terms of service and quality. I declare that I will use my legal rights to the fullest and strongly advise against making any purchases from this company again.
