Not only did she refuse to give her name, but she also insulted me before abruptly ending the call. I'm glad that I have a recording of our conversation, where I was able to capture her rude behavior and offensive language. the unprofessional and discourteous customer service provided by Hilton DoubleTree, a brand that prides itself on maintaining exceptional standards of hospitality is just so can't be described. As a customer who has paid for the service, I had hoped to receive respectful and helpful assistance in resolving the issue, rather than being treated in a demeaning manner. Please be assured that I am fully dedicated to pursuing this matter through legal means. It is my right to seek justice for the unacceptable treatment I have experienced.
