Denied Restroom Access and Rude Customer Service at Shell Stations

I had an unacceptable experience with Shell. The station refused to allow customers to use the restrooms, forcing people to plead for access even after traveling long distances. I documented the station’s and restrooms’ disgraceful condition with photos.
On January 21, 2025, I called Shell’s main customer service line (444 2 020) to file a complaint. The representative, whose name was E***, addressed me by my first name and spoke in a condescending, almost threatening tone. Despite explaining that such behavior is unprofessional, the representative continued acting like this was casual chatter in a village café.
When I called back to escalate the complaint, I was informed that Shell doesn’t record calls, allowing staff to behave however they please. I demand immediate action to address both the restroom issue and the staff’s behavior. If this is not resolved, Shell will lose my trust as a customer.
