Booking.com Took My Money for a Hotel Reservation That Did Not Exist

I made a reservation through Booking.com, but the company never responded, and unfortunately, the facility does not even exist. I want my money back. Although we called Booking.com many times, no one helped me. I trusted Booking.com as it is a big company, but unfortunately, the employees were not helpful. I spoke to them four times, and they have the recordings of those conversations, which they can listen to if they want. We cannot reach the hotel we were supposed to stay in, its location is incorrect, and we cannot reach the facility manager because they do not answer their phones. I am very upset and expect proper attention to this matter. I request a full refund of my money.
