I made a deposit of 2,000 INR to my Parimatch account using PhonePe. Although the amount was successfully deducted from my bank account, it has still not been credited to my Parimatch balance, even after five hours. The UTR/transaction number for this payment is 660482744322.
I contacted customer support and was informed that the issue had been resolved. However, the funds are still not visible in my Parimatch account, and the problem remains unresolved. This situation is extremely inconvenient, as my money is stuck despite the payment being successfully processed from my side.
I request that the missing 2,000 INR be either credited to my Parimatch account immediately or refunded to my original payment method, and that I receive clear confirmation once this has been completed.
