Free Fire Account Stolen and Permanently Banned After Recovery
My Free Fire game account, which was linked to my Facebook account, was stolen in May 2024. At that time, I tried to contact Free Fire officials through Instagram and Facebook in order to recover my account, but I was unable to reach anyone or get proper support. After a long struggle, I finally managed to recover my account, only to discover that it had been permanently banned.
My in-game name is “Ｃ★ㅤＫＡＤＯ”, and my Free Fire UID is 1136347041. I can also be contacted via email at p****@gmail.com**. I have screenshots documenting the entire process related to my account. While I had control of my account, I never used cheats, third-party software, account trading, or any action that violates the game’s rules. After my account was stolen, I do not know what actions may have been taken without my knowledge or consent.
As a result, all of my progress, effort, and the significant amount of money I spent in the game were lost instantly. Since my account was stolen and I encountered a permanent ban only after recovering it, I firmly believe that this situation was not caused by me. I request that my account be reviewed in detail, that all necessary checks be carried out, that the unfair permanent ban be lifted, and that my account be reopened.
