On April 4, 2025, at exactly 13:04, I contacted Booking.com customer service at 0212 377 60 55 and was connected with a representative named D**.** Not only did this agent provide me with completely inaccurate information, but they also hung up the phone on me without offering any solution or support regarding my complaint.
I called back at 13:27 the same day to file an official complaint about this unacceptable behavior. If Booking.com records its customer service calls—as it should—I formally request a review of the conversation I had with this representative.
It is shocking that such a globally recognized company would tolerate agents who are both misinformed and disrespectful. Hanging up on a customer mid-call is not just unprofessional—it's insulting.
I am demanding two things:
Immediate action regarding the conduct of this representative.
A follow-up from Booking.com about how this situation will be resolved.
If nothing is done, I will not hesitate to escalate the issue publicly and through consumer rights channels. I expect better treatment from a company I once trusted.
