DeFacto Online Order Delayed – Gift Missed Due Date, Poor Delivery Service

I placed an order on DeFacto’s app on October 5, 2024, intending to send it as a gift, but it’s now October 11, and there’s still no sign of my delivery. I missed the occasion entirely due to this delay. When I called DeFacto, they shifted the blame to the shipping company, who informed me the package is sitting at the delivery branch, yet still couldn’t be sent out. They promised a delivery window of October 6-8, which clearly wasn’t met. The delivery hub is in Sarıyer, and I’m in Beşiktaş – just 15 minutes away, yet I’ve been waiting for days.

To make matters worse, DeFacto’s tracking system is non-functional, leaving me without any reliable updates. Today, I was told, “We’ll try to deliver it,” but the day is nearly over, and no delivery has arrived. This is my second bad experience with Kargoist through DeFacto, and after this ordeal, I’m done with them.
