I've been stuck in a really annoying situation with Sürat Cargo for more than a week now. My two products reached the Batıkent micro branch, their designated delivery spot, on September 13, 2024, but they have still not been delivered. I reached out to their customer service twice about the issue, and both times they promised me it would be fixed. Honestly, it's frustrating. They promised updates, but here I am, still waiting for my deliveries with no word from them. It’s very bad to witness such lackluster service, particularly after all the effort I’ve put into following up. I really hope they get their act together and deliver my packages like they said they would.
