Trendyol Delayed My Order and Refused to Refund Despite Delivery Issues
On November 17, 2024, I made a purchase on Trendyol. As of November 27, the product still hasn’t been delivered. The shipment was handled by Sürat Kargo, which claims, “We delivered it, but you weren’t at the address,” which is completely untrue since I am always at home. The courier branch is now saying, “Come pick it up from the branch; it won’t be delivered,” while Trendyol insists, “You need to wait for delivery,” delaying my refund for days. Their customer service has become terrible, offering only generic responses. I also can’t understand why sellers continue to work with Sürat Kargo. They hide behind the false claim that they’ve delivered the product. Trendyol is no longer a platform worth shopping on—it does nothing but cause unnecessary frustration. I demand an immediate refund of my money.
