Misleading Sizing and Unacceptable Return Policy by Decathlon

I recently purchased two size L Nabaiji swimming caps from the Decathlon website, ensuring that I selected the size option that was clearly stated. However, upon receiving the caps, I discovered that they were disappointingly small and uncomfortably tight, making them more suitable for small children than adults. Adding insult to injury, Decathlon refuses to accommodate any returns or exchanges for the product. I received an automated email stating that they cannot publish my review about the incorrect sizing, which seems to be an attempt to suppress genuine feedback. It is expected that when a product is advertised as a size L, it should be delivered in that size and not in a significantly smaller size. It's unjust to refuse the opportunity for customers to return or exchange a product that doesn't meet the advertised specifications. I am extremely dissatisfied and let down by this experience. Is it truly acceptable to promote a certain size and then deliver a different one, only to reject any attempt at finding a solution? I had higher expectations for Decathlon.

Here is the translated text: "I was called and told that a medium-sized product was sent instead of a large size. It was stated that a code and information for the return of the products would be sent via SMS, but it was not sent. As a reason for not publishing my review, it was stated that I mentioned there was no difficulty in removing the product, and therefore it was not published. What kind of nonsense is this? This is not an evening dress, it's a headscarf; how difficult can it be to remove it? Later, I was called once, but I couldn't answer because I wasn't near my phone, and they didn't call again. They stated that they closed the complaint using this as an excuse."
