I bought snow boots for my daughter from Decathlon, but they were too small so I needed a bigger size. I started a return on October 31st, and even though I sent it back to them on November 2nd, it's now November 7th, and they still haven't done anything about it. They're saying there's a technical issue on their website, but it's hard to believe. I've bought stuff from this company before and their shipping process has always been disappointing. If you're willing to deal with a month-long inconvenience after purchasing a product, then this brand is perfect for you.
