I Waited a Week but Decathlon Still Hasn’t Shipped My Order

I placed an order with Decathlon on the morning of Monday, July 7th. Today is Saturday, July 12th, and there is still no sign of my order. I’m planning a weekend trip to the seaside, but the swim goggles, fins, and swim cap I ordered are nowhere to be found. I was informed that my order had supposedly been shipped, but when I check the tracking details, there is no progress at all. I even contacted Aras Cargo, and they clearly stated that there is no parcel registered under my name. So, no package and absolutely no information. I also reached out to Decathlon customer service by email. They promised to respond within 24 hours — it’s now been two full days, and I haven’t received a single reply. Honestly, I expected far better service from a major brand like Decathlon. The lack of communication, disorganization, and complete disregard for the customer is extremely disappointing. Even late-night kebab shops run their business more efficiently than this. So where is my order? It’s been a full week.
