On October 23, I ordered a pair of Crocs directly from their official online site, specifically choosing it to ensure I received an authentic product. However, from the start, the site had issues – it repeatedly asked me to "change payment method" during checkout. I had to contact customer service, wait for regular business hours, and then finally complete my order. Although my delivery address is within Istanbul, it took five days, until October 28, for the product to arrive.

Even more frustrating, the item I ordered was black, but they sent a green pair instead! Despite being a registered member, I couldn’t track my order on their site and had to call customer service just to get updates. The whole process felt unprofessional and poorly managed. I regret not ordering from another retailer that offers a faster, more reliable service. I expect a swift correction to this error and a better experience with Crocs in the future.
