Amazon Refused to Return My Misdelivered Adidas Shoes
On August 23, I ordered Adidas Duramo 10 boys' sports shoes from Amazon.com Turkey. First, they sent the incorrect product, making me feel like a victim of their error. They sent pink-gray size 28 shoes instead of the blue size 34 I requested. I initiated a return right away, and the product was returned, but the return process failed this time. I attempted to arrange a return several times by contacting customer service. I had to wait 14 days for the return to be processed, but this time they gave me a gift card. They issued a gift card for the purchase made with my own credit card. They claim it can't be corrected once it's labeled as a gift card. In essence, they expect me to squander my money. This situation must be corrected, in my opinion. Amazon.com is to blame for the error, but I am the one who suffers.
