ASICS Refund Delay and Frustration

Hello, On June 26, 2023, I made the mistake of ordering a pair of shoes from the Asics Turkey website. I waited 1.5 weeks for delivery, and the package supposedly arrived on Saturday. However, they returned the package without informing me. When I called customer service, I expressed my displeasure with the long wait and informed them that I no longer wanted the shoes and demanded a refund. On July 9, 2023, I completed the return process. I've been waiting for my refund ever since. Every time I call, I get the same response: 1-13 business days. They claim that the product must be checked because it was returned to them. It's ridiculous because the shoes never even made it to me. It appears that they are purposefully delaying the refund process in the hope that I will forget about it. When I called on July 24, 2023, the customer service representative said they would expedite the process, but when I called again today, they said it would take 1-13 days. There doesn't appear to be anyone to complain to. I'll never again put my faith in Asics. Don't even think about buying their shoes online. They will not be able to reach you. It's not a joke... Never, never again, Asics.
