COS Online Order from September Still Not Delivered, No Refund or Response

On September 15, 2024, I placed an online order with COS totaling $103. As of December 4, my package has neither arrived nor have I received any updates. I have sent multiple complaint emails through their online platform, but for months, there has been no response. It’s frustrating and unacceptable that a reputable brand like COS provides no clear resolution or refund process.
I am unable to reach anyone from the company for support, and the lack of communication leaves me questioning their reliability. I demand an immediate resolution to this issue, whether it’s through a full refund or the delivery of my order. COS must address their poor customer service promptly.

I haven’t received any response at all, what should I do?
