COS Order Delayed for 2.5 Months, Customs Fee Charged Without Delivery

I placed an order on July 15, 2024, for five t-shirts (order code m470059613CN) from COS. It has been 2.5 months, and my items still have not arrived. When I emailed for updates, I was told to "wait patiently" as the package might be stuck in customs. Despite this, there has been no progress or communication since.
Additionally, I was charged a ₺450 customs fee, even though the items have not been delivered. The site is in English, but I recently learned it’s a Chinese company with no clear point of contact or proper customer service.
I demand immediate action to deliver my order or issue a full refund, including the customs fee. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will pursue legal action. This lack of accountability is unacceptable.
