I Bought Shoes on Lefties App Jan 18, Delivery Delayed

I purchased a pair of shoes from the Lefties app on January 18, 2025. The estimated delivery was between January 23-27, but today is February 9, and my package is still nowhere to be found. It’s unclear which courier service they are using. Despite sending multiple emails, the only response I’ve received is a vague promise that my complaint will be “taken into consideration.” There’s been no update on the shipment or any refund. Additionally, there is no contact number available to reach customer service. This lack of transparency and communication is unacceptable. I demand an immediate refund and clear resolution from Lefties.
