Massimo Dutti Sale Top Website Took My Payment and Never Sent My Order
On August 24, 2025, I placed an order for a pair of jeans and a perfume through the website massimo-dutti-sale.top, paying approximately ₺1,000–₺1,100 with my credit card (Order No: csax 161821). However, despite the time that has passed, my order has still not been delivered. I was never provided with a tracking number or any shipping company information.
To check the status of my order and find a solution, I tried calling every phone number listed for Massimo Dutti online, but none of them worked — all the numbers appeared to be invalid. This was my first time shopping with Massimo Dutti, and this experience has left me feeling frustrated and deceived.
I request that my order be delivered to me immediately or that a full refund be issued as soon as possible. I also ask to be informed urgently about the status of my purchase and for my grievance to be resolved without further delay.
