Barbour Online Order Delayed—No Shipping Update

I placed an online order for Barbour wax oil on November 2, 2024, and today is the 12th, yet I have received no shipping update, no tracking information, and no response from the company. I have tried calling customer service, but after waiting on hold for 36 minutes, no one answered. I also messaged their WhatsApp support, but they didn’t even bother to reply.

This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had—actually, I can’t even call it service because I haven’t received any! Barbour must provide an immediate update on my order or issue a refund. I expect a prompt response and resolution!
