My Corendon Airlines App Double-Charge Ordeal

On June 20, 2024, I attempted to purchase a flight ticket through the Corendon Airlines mobile app for a Diyarbakır to Hannover flight scheduled for August 20, 2024, at 21:20, under the name N**** B*****. After processing my payment, the system displayed an error message and failed to issue the ticket. I tried again, and the same thing happened - payment was taken, but no ticket was issued due to an error.
I contacted customer service, explaining that I had been charged twice without receiving any tickets. They informed me that in such cases, the ticketing process usually completes within 30 minutes to an hour, and any duplicate payment would be refunded.
However, it turns out that due to a one-day discrepancy in the entered birth date (01.08.2002 in one transaction and 02.08.2002 in the other), two tickets were actually issued. I was told that canceling the ticket with the incorrect birth date required manager approval, and without this approval, no refund could be processed. They said they'd inform me of the decision within a few days.
It's been 4-5 days, and I still haven't received any response, positive or negative. I want this issue, caused by the airline's system error, to be resolved. The reservation code for the ticket I want to cancel is Y78RK2.
