Corendon Airlines Canceled My Ticket Due to Dispute but Still Hasn’t Issued a Refund

Due to errors on Corendon Airlines’ website, I made a mistake while purchasing my ticket. I immediately filed a dispute through my bank on August 30, 2024. Corendon Airlines responded by canceling my September 1, 2024 tickets and notified me via email that the tickets were canceled due to my dispute. Despite contacting both Corendon and my bank, I have yet to receive my refund. Corendon claims the issue is with the bank, but the bank has provided a provision number that confirms otherwise. Corendon canceled the tickets based on my dispute but has not refunded the money. If this issue is not resolved soon, I will escalate my complaint through all necessary channels to get my refund.
