I Paid for 10,800 CP on Codashop Turkey but Didn’t Receive Anything in Call of Duty

On May 18, 2025, at 13:23, I purchased 10,800 CP (Call of Duty Mobile credits) from Codashop Turkey. I completed the payment without any issues, but the credits never arrived in my account. It has now been four days, and despite all my attempts to contact customer support, nothing has been resolved.
The support system is extremely slow and unhelpful. They take nearly 10 hours just to respond to a single email, and every time they do, they keep asking me for the same things—payment receipts, my game ID, screenshots—as if they’re not even reading my previous messages. I’ve sent all the required information multiple times, but I’m stuck in a loop with no real assistance.
To this day, I have neither received the CP I paid for nor gotten my money back. This level of service is completely unacceptable for a platform handling real financial transactions. I demand an immediate refund or the delivery of the 10,800 CP I purchased. Codashop must stop wasting customers’ time and actually resolve the issues they’re paid to handle.
