Chess.com Banned My Account but Gave No Way to Appeal or Contact Support

My Chess.com account was closed due to offensive language I used during a game. I’m not contesting the ban itself—I take full responsibility for what I said. However, I received an email stating that if I accept their compliance terms, they would consider reopening my account. The problem is, there’s no way to respond or reach anyone.

They’ve disabled real email communication and replaced it with an automated bot. The bot asks for my email, and when I enter it, it shuts down the conversation entirely. I’ve tried multiple times with no success. I subscribed to a yearly membership just one month ago, and now I can’t cancel it because they’ve automatically terminated my account and disabled access.

It’s 2025, and I can’t believe there’s not a single human I can talk to about this. This lack of support is beyond frustrating. If you’re going to ban accounts, at least offer a clear and functional way for users to follow up, especially when money is involved.
