Chess.com Platinum Membership Refund Issue




I bought a platinum membership on Chess.com for a year, and decided to cancel it, but I haven't gotten my money back yet. They insisted that I never had a membership when I asked for a refund. They were adamant that I had never purchased an annual platinum membership or made any payments. My money was not refunded. It's quite disheartening.
