I Purchased Gold and Platinum Memberships on Chess.com, but Didn’t Receive Either

I recently purchased a Gold membership on Chess.com, but it never showed up on my account. I submitted a ticket, but nobody responded. Five days later, I decided to buy a Platinum membership, thinking it might work, but once again, I didn’t receive anything, and still no response from customer support. The only interaction I’ve had is with an automated bot, which is incredibly frustrating. I’m extremely dissatisfied with the lack of customer service. I demand a full refund for both memberships that I couldn’t use. Chess.com needs to address these issues with their support team immediately!
