Chess.com Closed My Account Without Explanation After Hours of Normal Play

I spent hours playing chess normally on Chess.com, only to have my account suddenly closed without any explanation. I received no warning, no details, and no message stating what I supposedly did wrong. My username is d000gu, and I believe this was a mistake.

I’ve been using the platform fairly and respectfully, and I genuinely have no idea why this happened. It feels completely unjust, especially after putting so much time into the site. I’m asking for a clear explanation and a proper review of my account.

There needs to be a transparent process for users to understand account actions, especially when bans or closures are involved. Right now, I feel ignored and unfairly treated. I want my account reinstated and a real answer about what led to this decision.
