My Chess.com Account Says It's Deactivated – Unable to Play with Friends

I’ve been trying to play with friends on Chess.com, but my account keeps saying it’s deactivated. Because of this, I can’t start any matches with my friends, and I’m only able to play random 1-minute games. I’m also unable to access the usual 1-hour matches that I enjoy. This has been extremely frustrating, as I didn’t do anything to warrant my account being restricted. I’ve contacted support, but haven’t received any help. Chess.com needs to fix this issue so I can enjoy the full features of my account again. Please resolve this promptly!
