Cerebrum IQ Unauthorized Charges After One-Time Payment

On the Cerebrum IQ website, I made a one-time payment just to see my test results. However, without my approval, recurring charges started being withdrawn from my card. At first, ₺975 was charged, and afterward, amounts of ₺961 were repeatedly taken as “debt.” I was never informed of any membership or subscription, and the site specifically stated that only a one-time payment would be required.
On top of that, I couldn’t find any proper customer service channel to reach Cerebrum IQ about this issue. I request that these unauthorized recurring charges be stopped immediately, my account or membership (if any) be canceled, and that all excess amounts withdrawn from my card be refunded to me.
