Cerebrum IQ Charged Me Twice – ₺767 Unauthorized Payments & No Support
On January 15, Cerebrum IQ withdrew ₺767 from my account twice for a membership I never agreed to! Their website only displayed a ₺38 certification fee, but there was no mention of these additional charges. How can they take money from my account without my explicit consent?
To make matters worse, I can’t even cancel my account because there is no visible contact number or email address for support. This is completely unacceptable! I demand a full refund for these unauthorized charges and immediate cancellation of my membership. Cerebrum IQ needs to provide clear pricing and accessible customer support. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible!
