Cerebrum IQ Charged Me Repeatedly After I Canceled My Subscription

I signed up for what was advertised as a one-time IQ test on Cerebrum IQ and entered my card details just for that purpose. I paid a small amount thinking that was it. But soon after, I realized the platform had automatically enrolled me in a subscription without my clear consent—and started charging my card repeatedly.

I immediately canceled the subscription when I noticed this, yet the system continues to try withdrawing money from my account. What part of “canceled” is not clear? Why am I still being charged for a service I no longer use and never agreed to beyond the initial test?

This has turned into a complete burden. I feel tricked and harassed by a system that doesn’t respect cancellations or user consent. Cerebrum IQ, I’m demanding that you stop all future charges immediately, refund any unauthorized payments, and provide confirmation that my account has been completely removed from your billing system.
