Cerebrum IQ Overcharged My Credit Card Instead of One-Time Payment

In March, I was supposed to make a one-time payment of ₺1,000 for the Cerebrum IQ online test service. However, instead of this amount, a total of ₺16,000 was charged to my credit card. The payment was made from my account registered with the email address b*********@gmail.com. I request a refund of the overcharged amount.
To resolve this issue, I sent an email to the company’s customer service, but I have not received any response. I am requesting both a refund of the extra charges and the cancellation of my membership. I ask that my problem be resolved as quickly as possible.
