Cerebrum IQ Unauthorized Recurring Payments After One-Time Test Fee
On the Cerebrum IQ website, I made a one-time payment only to see my test results. However, even after almost a year, recurring charges have continued to be withdrawn from my credit card without my approval. At first, around ₺700 was deducted, but later the amounts increased to about ₺900. In total, this has happened more than five times.
I was never informed of any membership or subscription, and the website clearly stated that only a one-time payment was required. On top of that, I could not find any customer service channel to contact Cerebrum IQ about this issue.
I request that these unauthorized recurring charges be stopped immediately, that any membership linked to my account be canceled, and that all excess amounts withdrawn from my card be refunded to me.
