Cerebrum IQ Keeps Charging Me Even After Subscription Cancellation

I initially subscribed to Cerebrum IQ for a trial, paying ₺34 (about $0.99). After testing the app, I canceled my subscription. Despite this, my card was repeatedly charged over ₺700 every few days!

I contacted their support, and they claimed my account was canceled, yet the unauthorized withdrawals continued—each time around €20. In just one month, they took ₺2,278 from me, and the charges are still happening every month!

There is no way to reach them. They deleted my account, they have no customer support line, and their email responses are just useless automated messages. The app even tells me to cancel a subscription that I already canceled!

Cerebrum IQ, stop these fraudulent charges and refund my money immediately! If I don’t receive a response and compensation, I will escalate this to the Consumer Court. This is completely unacceptable!
