Cerebrum IQ Keeps Charging Me After Cancellation – Unauthorized Payments

I initially subscribed to Cerebrum IQ to try the app, and ₺34 (around $0.99) was deducted from my card. I used the app and then canceled my subscription before the trial ended. However, despite canceling, I started noticing recurring charges of over ₺700 every few days.

I contacted Cerebrum IQ support, and they confirmed that my account was closed, yet the app continues charging me €20 at random intervals. Over ₺2,278 was withdrawn within a month, and the issue has not stopped even after filing a complaint with my bank. The worst part? There is no way to reach a real support agent—their responses are just automated, useless messages.

How can an app continue to charge a canceled account? Cerebrum IQ, I demand an immediate refund and permanent cancellation of any charges! Has anyone else faced this issue? Beware before subscribing!
