Cerebrum IQ Charged Me ₺750 Without Consent—I Want a Refund

I initially subscribed to Cerebrum IQ for a one-week trial at ₺34, but without my consent, they later charged me ₺750! I never agreed to this charge, and this kind of unauthorized withdrawal is unacceptable.

I tried canceling the subscription through Gmail, but I’m not sure if it was successful. However, that doesn’t change the fact that Cerebrum IQ took my money without permission. This is clearly a way to exploit users, and I feel completely scammed.

Cerebrum IQ, I demand an immediate refund! Cancel my subscription and return my money now. If this issue isn’t resolved, I will take further action to report this predatory practice!
