I want to cancel the auto-renewal of my CamScanner subscription and get a refund for the next period. How can I do this?

CamScanner subscriptions are managed through the app stores (Google Play or the App Store):

Turn off auto-renewal:

Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → CamScanner → Cancel

iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → CamScanner → Cancel Subscription

Subscription period:
The subscription will remain active until the end of the already paid period. No further charges will be made after that.

Requesting a refund:

Google Play: Open the receipt → “Request a refund”

App Store: Go to reportaproblem.apple.com → select the CamScanner purchase → “Report a Problem” → “Request a refund”

Refund timeframe: Usually 3–7 business days.

Important: Refunds are approved by the app stores, not by CamScanner itself, since Google and Apple process the payments.

If CamScanner continues to charge you after auto-renewal is canceled or refuses a refund, file a complaint on Xolvie. This helps document the issue and demand compensation.
