CamScanner Wrongfully Charged After Free Trial Cancellation On App Store

CamScanner Wrongfully Charged After Free Trial Cancellation On App Store
July 11, 2025 9:17 AM53

I downloaded the CamScanner app from the App Store and signed up for the 3-day free trial. Yesterday, at the end of the trial period, I canceled my membership. Despite canceling on time and never giving any additional approval, ₺339.99 was still withdrawn from my account without my consent.

I did not authorize this payment, and I was under the clear impression that canceling within the trial would prevent any charges. This practice is unfair and misleading to customers who trust the App Store’s subscription system.

I am urgently requesting a full refund of ₺339.99 and for this issue to be resolved without delay. Customers should not be penalized for canceling correctly within the trial period, and unauthorized charges must be reversed immediately.
