Refund And Cancellation Of Yearly Premium Plan - CamScanner

I recently used the CamScanner app with a free trial of the yearly premium subscription, believing I would be able to cancel before any charge was made. Without any clear reminder or warning, my account was debited today, 27 August 2026, with a yearly premium fee of 13,000 Nigerian Naira via MC Loc Web. I did not intend to continue with the paid yearly premium and the deduction was made without my clear consent at the time of charge. I am dissatisfied that such a significant amount was taken after a free trial period without proper transparency and without giving me a fair chance to cancel. I request an immediate full refund of the 13,000 NGN that was deducted and the cancellation of the CamScanner yearly premium subscription so that no further charges will be made to my account.
