CamScanner Unauthorized Charge £58.99 Not Refunded to Bank
I am writing regarding an unauthorized charge made by CamScanner via the Apple App Store and a refund that is shown as completed but has not reached my account. On 30 April 2026, an amount of £58.99 was taken from my UK bank/card through the Apple app for a CamScanner service that I did not order. After noticing this, I requested a refund. In the system, it is shown that my money was refunded on the 1st, but this amount has never appeared in my bank or card account. I contacted support and was informed that the amount had already been refunded, but there is still no payment in my account, and no further assistance was provided about where the money is. I am stuck between the app and my bank while my money is missing. I request that this situation be urgently investigated, that the payment trail be checked in detail, and that the £58.99 be either correctly returned to my original payment method or clearly documented with proof of where the refund was sent. I also request written confirmation once the issue is resolved.
