CamScanner iOS App Charged Without Consent Or Notification

On August 18, 2025, while using the CamScanner app on my iPhone, I discovered that a ₺399 one-time charge had been withdrawn from my account without my consent and without any prior notification. I never authorized this payment, nor was I provided with any invoice, confirmation, or billing notification. I only noticed the charge by chance while checking my account.
At no point did I receive an email, SMS, or in-app alert about this transaction. This lack of transparency is unacceptable. I have not yet contacted either CamScanner or Apple customer support, but I am formally requesting that this unauthorized payment be reviewed and that the ₺399 be refunded to my account as soon as possible.
Customers should not be subjected to hidden or unauthorized charges. I expect this issue to be resolved promptly with a refund and proper clarification of how such a charge could occur without explicit approval.
