CamScanner Refund Request After Trial Billing

On December 18, 2025, I subscribed to the CamScanner app through the Google Play Store on my Android device to use the 3-day free trial. While I believed I would not be charged before the trial period ended, approximately $40 was charged to my Garanti Bank credit card as a subscription fee.

Because I was charged while the free trial was still active, I have been financially harmed. After noticing the charge, I canceled the subscription both through the app and via Google Play. I also submitted a refund request through Google, but so far I have not received any response or refund.

I demand that my CamScanner subscription be immediately canceled and that the full $40 charged to my card be refunded without delay.
